- Help you decide which apprenticeship pathway (optional standards units) is right for your company.
- Explaination the way that apprenticeships work for your company through through macro/micro workshop and 1-2-1 contact with your designated Assessor.
- Agree a detailed training plan with your employer and learner.
- A designated Quality and Compliance manger will review current and on-going training and evaluations.
- Ensure that national quality Apprenticeship Standards are met and deliver through an integrated, coherent training methodology.
- Reflective practice from the service delivery team providing feedback to managers on a monthly basis
