Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
The QIP must include:
- Service philosophy
- Assessment of the quality of service practices against employer service.
- Identification of any areas that require improvement.
- Improving outcomes for service delivery and employees.
- Identifying service strengths and areas for improvement. Self-assessment is about critically reflecting on your current practice, recognising strengths and identifying opportunities for improvement.The philosophy should be reflected in daily practice and guide decision making and service practice – outlining the purpose and principles under which the service operates.
Self-assessment is a regulatory requirement in developing a Business QIP
