Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)

The QIP must include:

  • Service philosophy
  • Assessment of the quality of service practices against employer service.
  • Identification of any areas that require improvement.
  • Improving outcomes for service delivery and employees.
  • Identifying service strengths and areas for improvement.

    Self-assessment is about critically reflecting on your current practice, recognising strengths and identifying opportunities for improvement.

    The philosophy should be reflected in daily practice and guide decision making and service practice – outlining the purpose and principles under which the service operates.

Self-assessment is a regulatory requirement in developing a Business QIP
